Employee Termination

June 15, 2009

Just as surely as great employees will be worth millions of dollars to you over your business career, your problem employees can cost you millions.

This is because bad employees on your payroll cause bad problems (reduced productivity, increased turnover, poor team morale, lost customers, squandered profits, sleepless nights worrying about bad employees, unemployment claims, lawsuits, etc.).

To add insult to injury, your problem employee will never leave on their own (they will be more than happy to milk your payroll and play you for the fool).

And once you finally fire your problem employee, they will file for unemployment and—if you don’t have a solid, documented case against them—the problem employee gets what they want most of all—6 months to hang out and watch TV with their pals and get paid while raising your unemployment insurance.

And you, the small business owner, will spend a large portion of your time worrying about the bad employee instead of working with your good employees and growing your business

Do you really want your problem employee to get exactly what they want at your expense?

The solution: Don’t worry, there is a quick, easy– and profitable– way out of these messy employee termination problems (yes, we can even make firing employees somewhat effortless).

And my employee termination program is not at all expensive compared to what you will save. Heck, my employee termination program will pay for itself after your next employee termination.

Effective employee termination may not sound sexy, but my employee termination program will give you the power—and the knowledge—to gain control over your problem employees—finally and suddenly.

Specifically, I will show you how to do the quick-and-clean employee termination with no hard feelings, no unemployment claims, no aftermath (there’s few things more satisfying than a “quick kill).”

Simply contact me to master the fine art of employee termination. Your problem employees will never again be able to take advantage of you and your small business.

Thanks Kurt. We had really become tired of the same old drama and nonsense, and we were looking for a solution that would actually work…you have given us hope.”

I’ve had a lot of problems over the years getting rid of my problem employees. Seems like they were better hanging around waiting for file for unemployment. Your termination toolkit has given me the confidence to clean house!
